Returns

Shipping within Australia

​

We use Couriers Please and Australia Post (Registered Post) for all deliveries and aim to process and deliver your goods within 7 working days of receiving your order. (At times we have to order them in, thus may take a few more days.)  Delivery will be between 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

 

A signature is required on receipt of your goods. For this reason, a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your parcel in a timely fashion.  If no one is at the Delivery address to receive the goods, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest Post Office or Couriers Please Depot.

Postage & Handling

 

A rate of $15.00 for postage and handling applies per pair anywhere in Australia.  

 

Postage Discounts may apply for multiple orders.

Delivery fees may be subject to change without notice and will be posted on the website at the time of change.

 

International Shipping

Postage to USA $42.00 AUD per pair.

Postage to UK $50.00 AUD per pair.

Postage to New Zealand $28.00 AUD per pair.

We post anywhere in the world.

Delivery

​

Shoes will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days upon receipt of your order.  All stock is subject to availability.

Refund Policy  

 

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrong described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

​

If the size is incorrect, we will gladly exchange your pair for the next size most suitable, or alternatively a different style if  required.

​

Returns will be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, is free from marks, has not been worn, or if the product is deemed to be faulty.

​

Please contact us within 7 days if you are not happy with your purchase to discuss a refund/exchange. (ONLY FOR INTERNET PURCHASES)
